It never ends to amaze how analogue photography can be unpredictable and imperfect but also beautiful. Through a series of accidents and coincidences the unexpected can take you to dimensions never imagined. Creating an identity never thought of before.

Analogue cameras have always fascinated me and I love getting familiar with them.
In my first year of Photography School we had Landscape
Assignment.
One Sunday I bought an used camera - the Exa.Ia - at a Flea Market.
The Exa.Ia is 35mm film SLR camera made by Ihagee and produced between 1964-77. The special about it is that it has a collapsible
top-view finder.
I decided then to take it to a road trip of outside  Berlin - a somewhat metal city in Gräfenhainichen, a city near Dessau, famous as
FERROPOLIS.
I spent a day there photographing my impressions and perceptions of this weird place.
I shot one film with the Exa. Gave it to the lab and when I got it back I found that the camera’s film transport system was defective. This was just one of those moments that it was meant to be.
